In order to provide the greatest variety of styles and sizes, tulleanddyeshoppe.com features hundreds of products from our designers’ collections that are not found in our boutique. Retailer demand, fashion trends and merchandise production schedules continuously affect the availability of these designs and special orders are subject to supplier inventory. If you would like to place an order, simply call the tulle + dye shoppe or stop by the store with the designer name, style number, size and color you wish to purchase. Once we verify availability of the item(s) in the warehouse, we will complete the transaction including all applicable state and local sales taxes and standard shipping fees. Orders, both online and in-store are non-refundable. No cancellations or substitutions will be allowed.
To secure layaway, purchaser must be 18 years or older and show valid proof of identification. A deposit in the amount of 25% of the purchase price is required to hold the item and payment must be completed within 45 days of purchase. Failure to complete payment within the contract period will result in the loss of all monies paid and merchandise will be returned to the showroom floor for sale.
To ensure the highest quality products and client satisfaction, and in accordance with standard formalwear policies, tulle + dye shoppe DOES NOT accept returns. All items are examined for manufacturer defect and damage prior to final shipment to the customer. tulle + dye shoppe is not responsible for damage due the handling of zippers, beads, hooks, straps and the like by the wearer or alteration/cleaning professionals.
Your order will be carefully packed and delivered to our partners at the United States Postal Service, at which time you will receive a tracking number via email serving as confirmation that your item has been shipped. Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be via regular ground transportation and cost should vary between $15 and $30, depending on destination. If your purchase requires expedited shipping, please note the specific wear date and we will make the
necessary adjustments. If you receive products which have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Please retain all packaging materials, so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.
Our expert design team can help you create a one-of- a-kind evening gown. Please call to schedule a consultation and come prepared with photos, sketches, fabric and/or other material samples to help us create your vision. Measurements will be recorded, so be sure to bring the proper shoes for hemming purposes. Following the initial meeting, the tulle + dye shoppe will create a rendering of the design along with a quote for the cost of constructing the gown. Any desired revisions should be made at that time. Once the design is agreed upon, a $250 non-refundable deposit will be required to begin the work. Additional fittings may be necessary and only MINOR adjustments may be requested once the dress has been assembled. Payment is due in full upon completion and delivery.
Nothing ruins a party faster than two girls wearing the same dress! If you make a purchase from the tulle + dye shoppe, you never have to worry about that happening. We keep a registry of each design we sell and the school dance or community function for which it was purchased.
